While we are still shipping orders, we are operating with a very reduced staff at the moment with most of us working from home so we would kindly request sending us a message through the contact form below as this is the best way to get hold of us. 

We have had an increase in queries about shipping dates and deliveries and this is due to the increased workload with Royal Mail. Rest assured that we will get your order to you but please bear in mind that deliveries are taking a little longer at the moment.

We kindly request that customers wait up to 7 days before contacting us about a late delivery as very often, the parcel is already within Royal Mails system, at which point we cannot offer any further information beyond what the tracking info states.

99% of all of our parcels are being delivered within this approximate 7 day timeframe (for UK deliveries) but we have no control over your parcel after it has left our warehouse so please bare this in mind before contacting us.

If you have paid for Special Delivery and not received your order within 4 days then please do contact us and we will refund your delivery charge. Typically this is still the fastest option but still subject to the same delays as the rest of the UK mail system and again, we have no way of speeding this up or prioritising your parcel sadly.
