Returns
Create your return by following the steps below:
Step 1: Complete the form below.
Step 2: Enter your details and/or any other relevant information.
Step 3: Get your return label.
Once you have completed the return form, our returns team will get to work and process your request within 3 working days*. ( It might take a little longer if it's Halloween, Christmas etc).
Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your return label. You can print it or use the QR code provided.
Step 4: Post your items back to us
Make sure to get proof of postage from the post office just in case something goes wrong.
Step 5: Relax and let our team deal with your return.
Once we get your parcel back, it can take up to 5 working days to get your return processed as we need to fully inspect all items sent back to us. We'll let you know once a refund has been issued.
*Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, panties, hosiery and wigs where the packaging has been opened, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items and they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.
All items returned to us should be in its original packaging and unused. The product must always be suitable for resale, and all items will be inspected by our Returns Team when we receive it.
If any of the products is missing or its packaging is damaged, or it has been used, we aren't obliged to issue a refund.
Please note that we will not refund any delivery charges upgrades paid when returning products unless products are damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied. If a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid.
If we receive any returned items outside of the conditions of this policy (for example, you return a used item) the items will not be refunded. We will provide you with a reason why and if you would like us to post these items back to you, we will ask for £3.99 fee to cover the cost of a tracked postal service. Our Returns Team will be in touch with you to arrange payment of postage if you choose this option.

OUR 30 DAY GUARANTEE
You can return any item bought at costumes.com to us within thirty days of receipt and get a refund or have the item exchanged. You can return it because you simply don't like it, because it didn't fit, because of a manufacturing fault or because we sent an item in error.
BEYOND OUR 30 DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD
Sadly once the 30 day guarantee period has passed we can only accept items back that clearly have manufacturing faults. We aren't able to take back items that don't fit, where shipped wrongly or you simply didn't like once our guarantee period has ended. If your item has a manufacturing fault return it to the address above detailing the problem and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.
ORDERING AT CHRISTMAS
Worried about needing to return a item you’ve ordered after the festive break? At costumes.com we extend our 30-day returns period at Christmas, so that any items ordered in December can be returned until 30 January, subject to our standard exceptions.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS POLICY
There are one or two exceptions to our returns policy. Sadly we aren't able to accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging. Please note that we only accept returns on Grab Bags/ Mystery Boxes if the items are damaged.
